Umbrella credit line
- The umbrella credit line which allows customers to receive a loan up to a maximum term of 120 days and up to the maximum amount of the credit line.
- Allows your company to adapt payment flows to revenue flows.
- Adjusts the financing term to its duration of the purpose, minimizing financial costs.
- Usually aims to fill recurring financial needs, such as:
- Production campaigns or orders.
- Gaps in monetary outflows and inflows, whether seasonal or recurring.

Terms- The term of the credit line is flexible and is normally authorized for six months or one year.
- Contractually, the term of the credit line is automatically extended for successive and equal terms. However, the Bank or the Customer may, at any time, terminate the contract in accordance with the agreed notice period.
- The term of each loan must be adjusted to the needs of the company for a maximum of 120 days.

Analysis of the operation
- In order to be able to approve the Credit Line, the Customer must send all the financial information of the company and of the investment (where applicable) for analysis of the operation and its creditworthiness
- The purpose of the operation must be clearly stated
- Additional guarantees may be requested for the approval of operations
Demand Account- The company must have a Demand Deposit Account open at BBVA.
- The demand account must have up-to-date details of the Representatives, Beneficiaries, and the Company in order to determine the product limit.
BBVA Net Cash- To see the transactions in your account, you must have taken out BBVA Net Cash.
